At the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel on Waikiki Beach, an existing dark, enclosed food service space was gutted and rebuilt into a hip, light, and airy bar and restaurant, which opened to rave reviews in 2008.
The renovation exposed windows that had been covered up, and added fire pits and a unique curved display kitchen, where guests can watch their tapas being prepared.
RLB provided cost management and project management services for the RumFire bar, as well as for construction of new restrooms in the lobby and casual dining restaurant.
