Overview
Established to provide young Emiratis with a senior high school education that focuses on vocational training, this 37,000 square-metre school will provide the latest educational facilities for 2,400 students.
The proposed school building project is located in Al Ain City, under the Jebel Hafeet Mountains and close to the hot springs area.
The project has a ‘creating spaces’ concept, inspired by nature’s rock formations and vegetation.
The Details
Split over two floors, the school building consists of 106 classrooms, a laboratory, workshops, administration offices, and a library, cafeteria, teachers’ room, prayer room and ablution, with external works including outdoor sports facilities and landscaping.
RLB provided pre-contract cost management services, including cost planning, estimating, and bills of quantities.
