Overview
South Wharf is a 150,000-square-metre mixed-use development located on the South bank of the Yarra, adjoining Melbourne’s Convention Centre.
This development consists of a new 5,000 seat six-star energy rated convention centre, five-star 39-6 room Hilton Hotel, office tower, residential tower, a riverfront promenade of retail shops, cafes, a premium brand homemaker retail complex, a revitalised Maritime Museum and over 3,000 car spaces.

The complex was the largest combined facility of its kind in Australia.
