This multi-storey mixed-use residential and commercial development is a technologically sophisticated building with advanced environmental and engineering service controls.
To manage the tropical climate of Darwin, the design of all the towers uses deep balconies. The balcony edges effectively act as ‘solar screens’, keeping direct sunlight off the thermal mass of the building core.
Spirit on The Avenue was opened in 2014.
RLB provided cost planning, post contract and cost management services, including progress assessments and monthly reporting to the project control group and financiers.
