As one of the largest inner-city residential developments in Australia, Upper West Side will create a vibrant new residential hub in Melbourne’s CBD.
It includes more than 2,600 apartments over four high-rise towers, a retail precinct and one acre of roof-top gardens, gymnasiums, amenities and two new laneways.
Bordered by Spencer, Lonsdale and Little Bourke Streets, the Upper West Side forms a residential and retail link between the Melbourne CBD and the Docklands precinct.
When complete, residents will also have one of the largest ‘green’ spaces in the Melbourne CBD.
All four buildings will incorporate a range of Environmentally Sustainable Development features and are aiming for a 4-Star Green Star rating.
