The Wynyard Place development includes construction of a new 30-storey office tower over the existing concourse at Wynyard Station, refurbishment of historic Shell House and 285 George Street.
Upgrading Wynyard Station’s George Street entrance and connecting to a new transit hall and public concourse, will connect people with premium retail and facilities to work, shop and relax.
The project will incorporate four buildings adjacent to Wynyard Station into the one centre, integrating it with the $2.2 billion Sydney Light Rail project and revitalised bus, taxi and pedestrian networks. This will allow more than 100,000 people to commute daily in and out of the city centre.
