RLB’s annual Global Experience Exchange Programme (GEEP) is back, giving colleagues the opportunity to spend four weeks working in an RLB office overseas, broadening their experience while strengthening collaboration across the global business.
Reflecting RLB’s values of Together and Tomorrow, the programme enables participants to immerse themselves in new cultures, develop their skills, build international networks and share best practice with colleagues around the world. GEEP supports RLB’s commitment to creating a workplace Where People Make Progress while developing the next generation of global leaders.
Colleagues from Manchester will travel to RLB’s Honolulu office, while colleagues from Birmingham will head to Sydney. At the same time, RLB’s London office will welcome colleagues from Toronto and Riyadh. Further exchanges will take place over the coming months, with colleagues travelling from London to New York and Auckland, and from Adelaide to Hong Kong and Madrid.
