The continued progress we are making towards meeting our ambitious environmental, social and governance (ESG) targets is documented in our latest ESG Report.

The new report highlights some great results and successes achieved by RLB’s UK business in the 2024 calendar year:

  • We have realised a 49% carbon reduction across our operational energy consumption and waste production.
  • We are now a Planet Mark Certified Business, which means our carbon footprint has been externally verified for the first time.
  • We have planted more than 4,000 trees now as part of our RLB Forest initiative.
  • We exceeded our targets in terms of fundraising and volunteering, raising more than £47,000 for charities and recording 4,800 hours of voluntary work by colleagues.
  • We continue to maintain our ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, and had zero reportable work-related accidents and zero environmental incidents.

Fulfilling our ESG responsibilities will help us to stay true to our values: Truth, Trust, Together, Tomorrow.

By reporting transparently about our performance and where we need to improve, we speak the Truth and build Trust.

By minimising our carbon emissions, delivering better environmental outcomes for our clients, investing in our people, and giving back to local communities, we are working Together to shape a better Tomorrow.
