Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB UK) is proud to announce it has been awarded “we invest in people” gold accreditation by Investors in People (IIP).

The framework was developed to help organisations worldwide to lead, support and improve their people for better business results and have a more engaged workforce.

Gold accreditation is recognition that not only does RLB have strong policies in place, but everyone also takes ownership to make them come to life.

Sarah Draper, People & Culture Director, RLB UK said:

“Maintaining our gold accreditation reinforces RLB’s belief that a strong culture drives strong performance. It is a true reflection of our values, Truth, Trust, Together, Tomorrow.”

“We are committed to being open and honest in how we lead, building trust through strong relationships, and working together to create an inclusive, supportive culture.”

“This recognition belongs to our people, whose shared ownership and commitment ensures we can invest in our future and make a lasting difference.”

Investors in People is a community interest company that has developed and refined their accreditation process for almost three decades to help leaders, employees and companies work together to create an effective environment.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said:

“We’d like to congratulate Rider Levett Bucknall. Gold accreditation on “we invest in people” is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Rider Levett Bucknall in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

“We believe that the success of your organisation begins and ends with people. If we make work better for everyone, we make work better for every organisation. And if we do that… we make society stronger, healthier and happier.”
