Matt Long

Matt Long is the Managing Director of RLB in Queensland. He is also responsible for the Sunshine Coast office and infrastructure projects throughout Queensland.

Since 1998, Matt has provided professional quantity surveying services for major projects in Queensland. He specialises in feasibility advice, cost planning and estimating, value engineering and post-contract cost management.

With 20 years’ experience, his areas of expertise include hospitality, casinos, residential and mixed-use projects.

Matt is an associate of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

He holds a Bachelor Applied Science in Quantity Surveying from the Queensland University of Technology.
