Matt is the Managing Partner for our Yorkshire & Humber region in the UK, with responsibility for leading both the Sheffield and Leeds offices.
He has expertise across a variety of sectors, commercial and industrial, residential, education and healthcare, and has delivered a number of high profile and complex projects under both JCT and NEC Forms of Contract.
Matt is particularly skilled in working with public sector organisations and understanding their needs and requirements whilst adhering to public procurement rules. He is the RLB Framework Manager for Yorconsult2, a consultant framework which can be accessed by public sector organisations, including all councils within the Yorkshire & Humber region, as well as charitable bodies.
Matt joined RLB in 1996 as a first-year apprentice Quantity Surveyor, and is testament to the opportunities available through apprenticeship schemes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association for Project Management.
