Nick is the Managing Partner for RLB in London, having joined RLB in 2017. Since then, the London office has overseen considerable growth with the introduction of a number of blue chip, international clients.
With over 25 years’ project and cost management experience, Nick has worked on both the contracting and consultancy sides of the industry and has a long record of successfully advising local, national and multinational corporate clients across a wide range of sectors. Nick has been responsible for leading and managing teams on a variety of prestigious projects for Clients across both the private and public sectors including Network Rail, British Land, Morgan Stanley, BT and Microsoft.
Having spent 7 years working for a major multi-disciplinary private practice, the last 14 years has seen Nick leading the cost consultancy team for a major international construction/consultancy organisation, covering commercial office, residential, infrastructure and data centre sectors where he has been responsible for over 10 million ft² of new corporate office and residential space together with over 500 MW of data centre IT load.
Nick is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
