Nikki Venetsanakis leads RLB’s Advanced Tech sector across the UK and Europe, bringing nearly two decades of international experience at the intersection of commercial, mixed-use and cutting-edge technology projects. Since joining RLB in 2021, she has become a trusted advisor to global clients, particularly in the fast-growing data centre market, where she has spearheaded complex greenfield, brownfield and retrofit programmes for leading hyperscalers.

With a career spanning from strategic pre-construction planning through to delivery, Nikki is recognised for her ability to unite cross-disciplinary teams, balance engineering precision with commercial outcomes and guide projects seamlessly from inception to handover.
