Shirin Hashemi

Shirin Hashemi is the Group Chief Financial Officer and board member at RLB UK & Europe and is responsible for all financial matters including financial strategy, financial planning, financial controls and compliance, treasury and taxation. She partners with the board, the wider leaders and their teams to deliver financial performance and business growth at the firm.

Shirin brings over 20 years of experience, having previously held senior executive roles in global consultancy businesses. She started out her career in practice specialising in audit and later in taxation. She is dual qualified and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Southampton.
