Framework Finder App
RLB UK sought an innovative solution to dynamically display data on public sector procurement frameworks.
An existing WordPress tool lacked direct data source integration and required constant manual updates. RLB Digital developed a bespoke Power App, providing an interactive platform to streamline access to framework details and enhance user engagement.
With key framework information located across various data sources across the business, our team created the Framework Finder app to collate information stored in systems including Dynamics 365 and Microsoft SharePoint. This created a ‘one-stop shop’ for all framework-related information.

The user-friendly interface is thoughtfully designed, making it simple to navigate with key information including lots, regions, sector, total revenue and key contacts displayed for each framework. A chatbot feature allows users to narrow down their search, giving a more personalised experience.
Enhanced search and sorting functionality eases the browsing of frameworks based on key criteria including by region, service, sector and levy charge. The seamless integration with RLB’s existing internal systems means data is accurate and consistently updated, and significantly reduces the effort required to maintain the platform.
