RLB is providing employer's agent and cost management services, to support Bouygues Development in delivering one of the most significant town centre regeneration projects in London's Canning Town.
This transformational scheme will provide mixed tenure housing units, leisure and retail space, and community facilities.
New pedestrian links and cyclist provision are also included, as well as 1,100 parking spaces.
Phase 1 of the scheme comprises 179 units of private and affordable housing, a Morrison’s foodstore of over 37,161 square metres, an ancillary retail unit, an energy centre at ground floor level, a basement car park and a 400-space car park.

Phase 2 practical completion is scheduled for 2017.
The whole scheme is due for completion by 2020.
