PARK HILL FLATS
Park Hill Flats is the largest Grade II* Listed residential building in Europe, and internationally renowned for its innovative design.
The concept has been heavily influenced by Le Corbusier’s Unite d’Habitation in Marseille.
Occupying a prominent hillside site of about 13 hectares, it includes 874 flats and maisonettes, as well as shops and civic amenities arranged in a series of interconnecting blocks.
RLB worked with key stakeholders to undertake a detailed financial appraisal to substantiate public and private sector value for money investment criteria.
This evolved into the development of a financial model, constructed to link each individual stakeholder’s financial appraisal into a single dynamic financial model.
