Located on the former Mitchells and Butlers Springfield Brewery, SOABE is the first phase of the wider 12 acre Springfield Campus.

Offering 8000ft² of state of the art teaching space, and marks the University of Wolverhampton’s commitment as an anchor institution for regeneration within the Black Country.
Refurbishment of a retained Grade II listed structure alongside a major new-build providing high-tech teaching spaces, and student resources, including specialist laboratories, architectural studios, digital and research facilities for the Built Environment.
