Our North Sydney office is currently recruiting Undergraduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

Overview of the Role

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s primary role is to assist in the pre-contract and post-contract phases of projects within a collaborative team environment. This is an important role in our business, with mentoring and support available at every stage of your journey.

As part of our structured Undergraduate Learning & Development Program, Assistant Quantity Surveyors develop fundamental quantity surveying skills alongside their university studies and are supported to set strong foundations for long-term success.

Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of projects and become part of the next generation of leaders within the property and construction sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the delivery of high-profile and complex projects.

About You

You will have:

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Commenced or be commencing your second year of a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Student membership with AIQS, RICS or an equivalent professional body
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for the built environment
