We currently have a number of significant and exciting projects across New Zealand particularly in strong long-term resilient sectors such as health, education, commercial, industrial, aviation, residential and infrastructure.

An exciting opportunity exists for a forward-thinking senior quantity surveyor in our Auckland office with experience in:

  • Cost planning and estimating
  • Tendering and procurement
  • Post contract administration
  • Value management and risk management
  • Client liaison

You have:

  • Experience in medium to large sized construction
  • Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying
  • A minimum six years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Ability to work autonomously as part of a high-performance team
  • Strong organisational skills with a can-do attitude and high energy levels
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
  • An understanding of measurement and procurement
  • Infrastructure experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to operate in a BIM environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • A desire to be involved in some of the largest high-profile construction projects across New Zealand
  • A desire to make a genuine difference to our local built environment
