As Oceania’s largest and most experienced independent construction consultancy, RLB partners with local government, developers, project managers, architects and financiers on some of the most significant projects in Australia. Our Townsville team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our NQ team.
The opportunity
You will support the delivery of high-quality cost management services across major North Queensland projects. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing cost plans and project estimates across construction stages
- Conducting tender analysis and feasibility studies
- Managing post-contract duties including progress claims, down-down reports, site inspections and cost advice
- Collaborating with the team to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
About you
- Degree or higher qualification in quantity surveying or a related discipline
- Membership, or eligibility for membership, with AIQS, RICS, CQS or equivalent
- Australian industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident)
