We are looking for professional Quantity Surveyors to work on a construction project site at Kowloon West area.
Responsibilities:
- To be able to independently carry out post contract QS services on Site including cost control, valuation of variations, interim payment valuation, pricing of estimates, reviewing contractors’ quotations and prolongation of claims, negotiation and settlement of final accounts, etc.
- Conduct value engineering workshops where required.
- Report to the Project QS in the head office and delivery of services with minimum supervision.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 7 years post graduate experience working in QS consultants’ offices are preferred.
- Qualified by the HKIS or chartered by the RICS with around 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
