Responsibilities：
- Resolve BIM implementation issues with the (internal and external) project teams
- Manage 5D BIM modelling strategy / protocol.
- Provide technical support on BIM-related aspects to the whole project life-cycle
- Ensure the execution of BIM in projects complies with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications and requirements.
- Explore and evaluate the suitability and benefits of BIM-related software and integration of advanced technologies (e.g. dynamo, programming, A.I., power BI etc.) for use in the projects.
- Provide on-the-job training and prepare training materials, videos, user manual, etc.
Requirements：
- Degree Holder
- CIC Certified BIM Manager (CCBM)/ MHKIBIM/ CIC Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) is preferable but not necessary
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
