From colleagues bringing clean water to remote communities to volunteers offering comfort to families experiencing baby loss, the 2025 RLB Global CSR Award recipients show how meaningful change begins with individuals who choose to act.
Our people are passionate about making a difference within our teams, projects and communities, and this year’s honourees demonstrate how purpose strengthens communities and improves lives. Their stories reflect the very best of our values – Truth, Trust, Together and Tomorrow – and remind us that progress always begins with people who lead with empathy, uphold integrity and work together to build stronger, more inclusive communities.
Meet our 2025 winners

Natasha Oged, London
Education, safety and dignity begin with access.
Natasha’s year of service with the Treasured Hearts Foundation has opened doors for hundreds of children and families. Her leadership supported the enrolment of 56 disadvantaged children into school, ensuring they received essential supplies and a chance to learn in safety. She helped commission a community borehole that now provides clean drinking water, reducing the risk of waterborne illness. She coordinated medical outreach missions offering free screenings and vital health education, and she introduced CPR training in schools so young people can respond confidently in emergencies.
Natasha’s work has positively impacted at least 150 children. Her approach reflects a deep belief that sustainable change begins by listening to communities and responding with practical support.
Amy Chim, Hong Kong
Empower young women and you strengthen the future.
For decades, Amy has devoted herself to youth empowerment, community development and compassionate care. As a senior leader within the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, she has mentored generations of young women, building their confidence, leadership and civic responsibility. Through her work with Ronald McDonald House Charities, she has created a reassuring environment for families with hospitalised children, offering them stability during some of their most difficult days.
In 2024, Amy helped establish the RLB Volunteer Team and inspired colleagues to engage in structured, meaningful service. Her volunteer hours benefited more than 300 people, and her influence has inspired others to rise to the challenge.

Charlie Langley, London
When gratitude fuels action, extraordinary things become possible.
To support the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit that cared for his young son, Charlie embarked on a physically and emotionally demanding challenge: cycling more than 300 kilometres from Paris to London in 24 hours. His determination, driven by a deeply personal connection, raised crucial funds for children receiving critical care.
Charlie completed the ride alongside a close friend. His journey is a powerful example of how personal purpose can inspire collective support and deliver measurable community impact.
2025 RLB Values Commendations
In addition to the main awards, some submissions receive an RLB Values Commendation. These commendations recognise individuals whose actions meaningfully reflect one or more of our global values – Truth, Trust, Together, Tomorrow – and celebrate the positive impact our people are creating across clients, communities, the environment and one another.
Amy Chim, Hong Kong
Value: Tomorrow
Amy exemplifies our value of Tomorrow – We work to do good – through her unwavering dedication to community service with the Girl Guides and the RLB Volunteer Team. Her efforts reflect a commitment to making a lasting positive impact on our communities and our planet.
By inspiring colleagues across RLB to engage in meaningful volunteer work, she fosters a culture of giving back that aligns with our vision for the future. Amy’s leadership empowers the next generation to build a better, more compassionate society.
Burtina Jn Baptiste, Saint Lucia
Value: Tomorrow
When Burtina learned that an educational institution in Saint Lucia hoped to create a learning room for students facing academic and emotional challenges, she immediately stepped forward. She secured RLB’s support in the Caribbean and coordinated a donation to help establish a dedicated space where learners receive personalised instruction, emotional support and opportunities to thrive.
Serving 12 learners per session, the centre includes a calm area for reflection and emotional regulation. Burtina’s leadership reflects a forward-looking vision for her community, demonstrating how one person’s initiative can foster long-term educational and emotional wellbeing.
Virendra Adhikari, London
Value: Together
Virendra created the Three Million Step Challenge to support RLB’s charity of the year, When You Wish Upon a Star. His initiative united 42 colleagues across six hubs, encouraged friendly competition and promoted health, connection and shared purpose.
Together, participants logged more than six million steps, doubling the original target.
Virendra’s leadership has brought people together and generated meaningful outcomes for both colleagues and the community.
Elena Morgan, Bristol
Value: Together
After seeing a colleague navigate the loss of a baby, Elena asked how she could offer meaningful support. She brought colleagues together across the Bristol and Cardiff offices and taught them to knit and crochet during lunch breaks, creating handmade blankets for Aching Arms, an organisation that provides comfort to families experiencing baby loss.
Elena contributed numerous hours to creating the blankets herself and guided others as they learned new skills. Her leadership helped create a truly supportive environment for colleagues and their families, demonstrating the value of Together through compassion shown in practical, everyday ways.
