RLB has been present in the Middle East for over 35 years, and in that time we have supported our clients in the delivery of some of the most iconic projects in the region, including The Louvre Abu Dhabi, Dubai Hills, Msheireb Downtown Doha, Lusail City, Bluewaters Island and Jeddah Tower. The new service offering is being introduced in response to client demand and RLB’s recognition of the region’s maturing built environment.
RLB has appointed Nick Constantine (MRICS) to head up the new department. Nick brings a wealth of experience providing professional advice and technical services to asset owners, managers and operators, and supporting them in the planning, budgeting and delivery of their strategic asset improvement projects. Having spent the last six years in the UAE, Nick has developed a track record of successfully delivering a wide range of projects, with a dedication to improving the quality, safety and performance of built assets in the region.
Commenting on his appointment, Nick said: “RLB’s reputation, both in the local market and globally, is renowned. I am pleased to be joining this innovative thinking organisation which has such a strong heritage in the built environment.
