We are delighted to announce that Seb Davies, Director – Cost Management, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Sustainability Leader of the Year category for the Big 5 Impact Awards 2025.
From contributing to the development of RLB’s carbon estimating software to launching our sustainability services in the Middle East and building our specialist Green Team, Seb has played a pivotal role in advancing low-carbon construction across the region.
In addition to driving sustainable project delivery, Seb has become a recognised voice in the regional sustainability dialogue. Through RLB’s partnership with the Emirates Green Building Council and Seb’s regular contributions as a speaker at leading forums, he continues to influence how the built environment embraces measurable and responsible change.
