Seb Davies, Director – Cost Management, is a finalist in the Sustainability Leader of the Year category at the Big 5 Global Impact Awards 2026.
Through his work across the Middle East, Seb has played a key role in embedding sustainability and carbon considerations into the built environment, helping clients achieve practical, measurable and lasting outcomes.
By establishing RLB’s sustainability services in the region, helping to develop our carbon estimating software and growing our specialist Green Team, Seb has been instrumental in strengthening RLB’s capabilities and advancing more sustainable approaches to the planning, design and delivery of projects.
Seb also continues to collaborate with clients and partners to champion effective sustainability practices and drive meaningful progress across the industry.
I’m very proud of what our team has built in the Middle East and of the resilience and progress we’re making alongside our clients. To have that work recognised by the Big 5 Global Impact Awards is an honour, and it gives us even more motivation to keep pushing for better outcomes across the built environment regardless of the challenges we face.
