Tim Ngai

Tim Ngai is a Director of RLB’s North Asia region. Based in Hong Kong, Tim currently has management responsibility for the Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Zhuhai offices. He is a director of RLB’s Global Board.

Joining RLB in 2002, Tim spent four years in Wuhan as the first person-in-charge of the Wuhan Office. He has since been involved in a wide range of projects across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and South Korea, covering commercial, residential, mixed-use, theme park and super high-rise developments. This has given him strong experience managing projects across multiple markets and sectors.

He specialises in contract management and project management, and acquired extensive knowledge of international contract systems, as well as feasibility studies for overseas projects.
