William Barber

William is a Director of RLB in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) responsible for the overall delivery of Project Management Services.

William has over 15 years’ experience in delivering best in class project management services in both the UK and Middle East. He is responsible for developing a robust project management service offering in KSA; adding to the success and growth of the business over the last 5 years.

William is actively involved in developing business opportunities with both major public and private sector businesses to support the aspiration of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision and beyond.

During the course of William’s experience, he has delivered major successful projects across a broad spectrum of sectors including hospitality, industrial, retail, defence, and commercial.

William is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MBA from Reading University.
