ECO RESIDENCE 1

Eco Residence 1 is a residential development containing 11 buildings, located in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi.

The Property has three levels of parking, five floors of apartments and roof level. The community has 500 apartments which are a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The apartment buildings are oriented around the perimeter of the development leaving an internal courtyard area which contains external landscape areas, the community swimming pool and gymnasium.

RLB were engaged by Aldar to undertake a pre-acquisition technical due diligence survey which included a full condition survey to identify potential risks and a life cycle replacement forecast to estimate the future expenditure required.
