Eco Residence 2 is a residential development consisting of five residential apartment buildings, one multi-function common building and plaza area.

Across the five apartment buildings there are a total of 513 apartments which benefit from a shared common facility block which includes a gymnasium, swimming pool and sun deck area.

RLB were engaged by Aldar to undertake a pre-acquisition technical due diligence survey on the assets in order to identify potential risks and estimate the expenditure required, prior to acquisition.
