IMPERIAL AVENUE

Imperial Avenue is a B+G+5P+40+R+UR residential tower, with 424 units, located in Downtown Dubai.

The building design incorporated space intended for a range of common facilities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool, squash court, audio visual room and landscaped deck areas. The client was considering providing funding to enable the project to be completed and appointed RLB to provide a pre-acquisition technical due diligence audit. The assignment included reviewing construction contracts, assessing progress and remaining works, estimating cost to complete and condition inspection to identify any structural defects.
