Recognised with 16 prestigious awards, including the MIPIM Architectural Review Future Projects Award (2012) and the International Property Award (2012) for Best Office Architecture, the property is Estidama 3 Pearl-rated for construction and LEED Platinum certified for Shell and Core, reinforcing its status as a leader in sustainable office design.

RLB were engaged by Aldar to undertake a preacquisition technical due diligence survey which included a full condition survey to identify potential risks and a life cycle replacement cost forecast to estimate the future expenditure requirements.
