The Sofitel Palm Jumeirah is a five star hotel resort with 546 keys located on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The resort sits on a 94,351.78m2 beachfront plot with expansive landscaped grounds that include a combination of hardscaped areas, mature lush planting, multiple swimming pools, F&B units and a river-style water feature.

RLB undertook a technical due diligence study in order to provide important information relating to the condition, design and future capital expenditure required to rectify defects and refurbish the asset. The resultant report covered the general condition of civil and MEP components, identification of defects requiring repair, asset compliance, identification of health and safety risks and cost estimates for repairs, and an estimate covering their proposals for renovation works.
