YAS BAY BEACH

Part of the 1.28 million sqm mixed-use development on the scenic southern tip of Yas Island, Yas Bay Beach is a public beachfront destination which integrates within the existing Yas Bay Estate and caters to adjacent residents, domestic visitors and international tourists.

The project encompasses both the west and east beaches. The West Beach will feature an active family hub, including West Beach restaurants, a water play area, a beach zone, a viewing deck, and a semi-private lifestyle hotel area. The East Beach will include a semiprivate Hilton hotel area, a beach sports and event zone, as well as a fitness zone with the Sunset Bar and the East Beach Toilet Block.

RLB were engaged to undertake a 50-year life cycle cost study on the project, providing a tool for future service life planning and financial budgeting.
