Highlights

Two cranes were installed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel construction site. One crane was installed at the Darwin Civic Centre site.

One crane was removed from the NEXTDC Data Centre site, and two civic cranes in Darwin were also removed.

Total construction work done in the Northern Territory in 2025 was $7.1 billion, up 80.8% compared to 2024. Engineering increased by 116.7% (driven by a large mining project), residential activity grew by 12.9%, and non-residential activity rose by 11.4%.
