Highlights

The residential sector has 7 cranes in operation down from 10 last count. There are two projects with two cranes: Bask, Bokarina and SOL, Maroochydore.

There is also one crane in operation at a medical centre development at Sippy Downs

New additions include:

  • Health: Medical centre, Sippy Downs
  • Residential: SOL, Maroochydore; The Millwell, Maroochydore; Sabbia, Kings Beach

Cranes were removed from suburbs including Birtinya, Forest Glen, Mooloolaba, Sippy Downs, Maroochydore, Birtinya, Kings Beach, Perigian Springs, Beerwah.
