Highlights
The Wollongong and Shellharbour region recorded its strongest result since joining the RLB Crane Index® in Q1 2019, rising from 83 to 111 points. The index now reflects a total of 20 cranes across the region. Seven new cranes were added this edition, while two were removed.
New additions:
- Health: New Shellharbour Hospital
- Mixed-use: 32-40 Flinders Street
- Residential: 35-43 Flinders Street, 176 Corrimal Street, Easterly Wollongong
- Retail: 429 Princes Highway
Removals:
- Mixed-use: 40-44 Crown Street, 43 Kembla Road
