Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) proudly congratulates the winners of the 2025 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is proud to celebrate the success of the Amohia Ake Team, winners of both the Colliers Project Leaders Supreme Excellence Award and the Boffa Miskell Excellence in Sustainability Award at the 2025 Property Council New Zealand Central Property People Awards.
The Amohia Ake Team – comprising Tainui Group Holdings, Taylor Coleman, Beca, Warren and Mahoney, Boffa Miskell, Mott MacDonald, Rider Levett Bucknall, and Hawkins – was recognised for its outstanding collaboration and commitment to advancing sustainability and cultural integrity across the region’s built environment.
RLB Director Andrew Heaps (pictured front row, second from left) was part of the award-winning project team that delivered this exceptional outcome.

The 2025 Central Property People Awards brought together more than 300 industry leaders to celebrate excellence, innovation, and leadership in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.
