Anchoring Elizabeth Quay’s transformation, One The Esplanade sets new benchmarks for sustainability, wellness and design. The 29-storey tower achieved 6 Star Green Star, WELL Core Gold and 6-star NABERS Indoor Environment ratings, showing how design excellence can champion health, inclusivity and performance. Developed by Brookfield Properties and designed by Hassell, the building was fully leased upon completion and now welcomes 3,000 workers to Perth’s reimagined waterfront.
RLB delivered early contractor involvement cost planning with Multiplex Construction, guiding value, scope and timing through a period of unprecedented industry volatility. Expert cost management, negotiation and transparency helped secure certainty and protect momentum as the pandemic introduced new design and delivery challenges.

Shaped in collaboration with First Nations representatives, the design reflects the Noongar Six Seasons across landscape and public spaces.
