Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has announced the appointment of Bradley Coley as Director in Auckland, effective April 2026.
Bradley joined RLB in 2014 and has progressed through the business to Associate Director in 2022. His appointment reflects both his sustained contribution to the business and his leadership at a strategic level in New Zealand.
With extensive experience spanning retail, infrastructure, data centres and commercial construction, Bradley is known for his strong technical capability and commercial insight. He brings a hands-on approach to project delivery and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor, providing practical and well-informed advice aligned to market conditions.
Earlier in his career, Bradley completed a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying), graduating top of his class as a Massey Scholar, and was awarded the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors HH Bunckenburg Memorial Trust Scholarship. His career foundation also includes hands-on construction experience as a qualified carpenter and site foreman, shaping his practical understanding of project delivery.
