2025 RLB award winners
Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) proudly congratulates the winners of the 2025 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards, which once again recognised outstanding projects across Australia’s built environment. Congratulations to the RLB Australian Development of the Year, Upper House in Queensland – nominated by Aria Property Group – to the category winners we supported through cost management and quantity surveying, and to all finalists recognised in this year’s awards.
