Project: Scientia Terrace – Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College
Opened in 2023, the six-storey facility is a centre for science, sport, enterprise and social innovation within the College’s heritage campus in North Sydney. Designed by Hayball, the building combines state-of-the-art laboratories and sports facilities with spaces for collaboration and creative thinking. It embodies the College’s mission to empower young women to lead with confidence and purpose.
RLB brought strategic procurement advice and rigorous cost planning to a complex live-campus build characterised by heritage constraints and structural challenges. The firm ensured probity through tender processes and value management that kept the College’s vision on track.
