RLB congratulates Josh Tattley, Director at RLB in Auckland, who has been named Young Achiever of the Year in the Hawkins Sheree Cooney Memorial Award at the 2024 PCNZ Auckland Property People Awards.

Josh joined RLB in 2011 as a scholarship recipient and has built his career across commercial, industrial, education and logistics projects. He is recognised for his clear thinking, steady leadership and ability to manage complex developments with practical, commercially focused advice.

His contribution was first acknowledged in 2017 when he received the Overall Winner award in the RLB Oceania Employee Excellence Awards. In 2022 he became a shareholding Director, the youngest in RLB in Auckland’s history.

Josh has played a key role in major work for Auckland International Airport, Precinct Properties and Kiwi Property, building long-term client partnerships based on trust and consistent delivery. His commercial insight and balanced approach have made him a valued advisor on technically demanding projects.

Daniel Byrne, Head of Property Development at Auckland International Airport, says:

Josh has become an integral part of our extended team. His ability to bridge feasibility and construction delivery, along with his deep understanding of procurement, proved invaluable during a very volatile period for the industry.

Alongside project delivery, Josh contributes to RLB’s broader development. He plays an active role in RLB’s Oceania and Global AI committees, supporting technology innovation and digital transformation across the firm. He has also supported mentoring, capability programmes and initiatives that strengthen RLB’s people and practice.

Josh’s approach is grounded in continuous improvement and a strong focus on future industry needs, including sustainable construction and technology-enabled decision-making.

RLB congratulates him on this well-deserved recognition and acknowledges the positive influence he continues to have on our clients, our people and the wider sector.

Ka rawe to Josh on this well-deserved achievement!
