Three Auckland team members have been recognised in RLB’s latest promotions round, reflecting their technical expertise, leadership and contribution to clients and projects across New Zealand.

Effective from July 2026, Stefan Fourie has been promoted to Technical Director, while Katherine Gibb and Isly Tok have been promoted to Associate Director.

RLB Auckland Managing Director Steve Gracey said the promotions recognise the significant contributions each has made to the business.

“Stefan, Katherine and Isly consistently demonstrate technical excellence, strong leadership and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients. These promotions recognise the impact they have made and the important role they will continue to play as RLB grows.”

Stefan Fourie | Technical Director

With more than 20 years’ quantity surveying experience, Stefan has built a reputation for technical excellence, commercial insight and delivering complex projects across New Zealand and internationally. His expertise spans pre- and post-contract services, 5D BIM measurement and major mixed-use, aviation, infrastructure, residential and commercial developments.

Katherine Gibb | Associate Director

Katherine’s promotion recognises her strong project leadership, technical capability and commitment to delivering clear, practical cost advice. Since joining RLB through the Scholarship Programme, she has worked across workplace, commercial fit-out, residential, mixed-use, education and base build projects, earning the trust of clients and colleagues through her organised and proactive approach.

Isly Tok | Associate Director

Since joining RLB in 2022, Isly has brought international experience and strong commercial capability to projects across aviation, mission critical, healthcare, education, commercial, mixed-use and infrastructure sectors. Her disciplined approach, technical expertise and collaborative style have made her a valued member of the Auckland team.

We congratulate Stefan, Katherine and Isly on their well-earned promotions and look forward to seeing them continue to make a positive impact for our clients, our people and the wider industry.

The celebrations also marked another important milestone for the Auckland office, with Haylee Blows, Ben Burnett, Riley Butt, Grace Coombes, Elouise Pienaar and Helen Zhang successfully completing RLB’s graduate programme and becoming qualified Quantity Surveyors.

Their achievement reflects the dedication, hard work and commitment they have shown throughout the programme. We were delighted to celebrate this milestone together and look forward to seeing each of them continue to build rewarding careers.
