Chris Perrins is a Director of RLB in Christchurch. He has 28 years’ experience in a range of project sectors, including primary, secondary and higher education, residential, retail, health and the public sector in the UK and New Zealand.
Chris has been an important part of the project team for the Canterbury University Engineering the Future Building from early estimating through to completion and has worked on a number of prestigious office developments and several other university projects including the Otago University School of Medicine project.
A key member of the Christchurch management team, Chris also finds time to offer his experience to future members of the industry by lecturing in quantity surveying at Christchurch Polytechnic.
He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying.
