Kirstie Gough leads People & Capability at RLB in Auckland, supporting teams across the Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Queenstown and Dunedin offices.

With more than a decade of experience in human resources, Kirstie brings deep expertise in workforce planning, change management and strategic people leadership. She is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures and is a driving force behind RLB’s commitment to empowering its people and delivering long-term value to clients.

As a senior leader, Kirstie plays a central role in shaping RLB’s people strategy, with a strong focus on capability development and professional growth at all levels of the business. Her work ensures that RLB remains a people-first organisation – where individuals are supported, potential is unlocked and teams thrive.

Kirstie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Auckland, a Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from the University of Southern Queensland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Massey University.
