Natasha Carter is a Director of RLB in Melbourne. She has over 18 years’ experience providing clients with in-depth cost management services, by drawing on her detailed understanding and technical competence in all facets of conceptual estimating, value management and tender evaluation.
Beginning her career at RLB in 1999 as a cadet quantity surveyor, Natasha became an Associate in 2007. Natasha has worked on projects across all major industry sectors including commercial, residential, hotel and entertainment. Her expertise in cost leadership roles has been used in recent billion-dollar multi-use developments in Brisbane and Perth.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management (Honours) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
