Neil O’Donnell is a Director of RLB in Christchurch and a Director of our Oceania Board. He is responsible for the overall direction of the Christchurch office, including business development, client relations, and project leadership for public and private sector clients across a range of construction sectors.
Since joining RLB in Christchurch in 2000, Neil has gained extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of quantity surveying.
With 25 years’ experience in cost consultancy, Neil’s key areas of expertise are cost management, conceptual estimating and strategic project leadership, specialising in health projects and hotel projects.
He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and an associate member of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.
Neil is a Green Star Accredited Professional and holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management in Reading, United Kingdom.
