Paul Lassemillante

Paul Lassemillante is a Director of RLB in Darwin, where he has been based for 22 years.

One of the most experienced and highly regarded professionals in his field, Paul brings extensive knowledge and experience to all sectors of the construction industry, particularly defence projects, for which he has consulted widely.

As a registered tax agent, he provides services in relation to construction taxation depreciation matters. He also provides expert advice to legal counsel and has acted as an expert witness in construction and property legal proceedings.

Paul has a large portfolio of clients from federal, state and local governments as well as private developers, builders and major operators within the local and global construction and property sectors.

Paul is a regular contributor to RLB publications, as well as other construction cost data and research organisations.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading UK and a Graduate Diploma in Management from Deakin University.
